Now, please celebrate the Resurrection all year long. We are Easter People proclaiming the Good News.
Let us celebrate the Risen Christ every day.
See you at Grace UMC again next Sunday at 10am.
Would You Be Ready if Jesus returned again?
Easter People live every day remembering that Jesus Died on the Cross for You and Me.
please go to church every Sunday wherever you reside. If you are appreciative of God’s love for you and the gifts that you have been given. Your Life, Family, Special Talents and blessings you have received are in need of praise. Thank God for the Gift he gave to You. You may be in Bangor or Boston, New York or any other city or town around the world. Be an Easter Person every day that you breath life. He is yours and You are His. Otherwise your life has no meaning. You are selfish and alone if you have no direction and Love in your heart.
Thank Jesus and God for your Gifts.
These gifts are your life, talents that you have, Jesus and his sacrifice for you and there may be more that only you know about.
Would you be Ready if the Resurrection Happened Today?
Easter week may be over but why not start being an Easter Person all year long if not already. Jesus died a miserable death as a penalty for our sins. Can you imagine that! He was free of sin but took on our sins. If that is not Love then what is? The Lamb of God came to take away the sin of the world. His death on a cross reserved for the worst criminals and nailed there to die a horrible death. I cannot visualize this in my mind. At Easter we finally talk about the Resurrection! It should be remembered all year long.
Let’s start being Easter People every day of the year. Christmas is a joyful time for us with the birth of Jesus. Why not celebrate the Resurrection as the wonderful gift that it is every day and tell everyone you know that it was a gift given by God to one and all Human Beings everywhere. We need to Remember that Jesus suffered for each one of us. We need to be Thankful and Appreciative for our whole live. Go to his house next Sunday and Thank Him in person. We should respect everyone around us and attend church every Sunday.
Don’t forget the Savior who was there for you. Pray with others and not just on your own at home. God answers your prayers. It is even more powerful when in a group and it is pleasing to the father. Prayer on our own is also answered at God’s choosing. If you do not pray, you most likely will not receive God’s answer to your unknown thoughts and ideas. Prayer in any form or context is better than no prayer. Prayer is Powerful. Try it. Be sure to thank God for what you have received in your life before you make your requests to God. Remember to thank GOD for Jesus and the Resurrection.
Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, that He was buried, that He was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures.” (1 Cor. 15:1-4) In verse 14, Paul goes on to say that if there is no resurrection, then our preaching is vain and so is our faith. We need the resurrection. Verse 19 states, “If only for this life we have hope in Christ, we are to be pitied more than all men.”
Please help the less fortunate around you. Jesus asked you to help feed his sheep. Grace UMC is striving to do it as much as it can. If you wish to help us feed the sheep, leave a Donation here.
Thank You and God Bless You. You have indeed helped to feed the sheep.
